I have a house that I rent and recently the tenants that were renting moved out and to my disappointment left a huge mess. During the move out phase the tenants were adamant that they were going to leave the house spotless. As you can imagine their definition of clean and the meaning of clean didn't match. Also in the lease they were to be no smoking in the house and of course they did. My time is limited during the week because of work. This is were Bright and Fresh Cleaning Services came in. I spoke to Keith the owner made and appointment to price out the job because I knew this wasn't a regular cleaning job. He was professional and on time. Once he saw what the job entailed he priced it out and did an (I'm not exaggerating.) marvelous job. Over and beyond. When I walked into the house the first thing that I smelled was fresh and clean. I mean not all the ciggaratte and dog smell was completely gone. Their not magicians. But I can tell you it was a good 85% better air quality. The entire house was immaculate. From ceilings, walls, cabinaets inside and out, refrigerator, windows, ceiling fans, bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, the bedroom rug that I thought I was going have to replace was brought back to life as well as the basement stair rug that looked like the tenant's never cleaned it. The basement floors and garage floors were vaccumed and washed. I was so impressed and relieved. I literally felt the weight come off my shoulders.
